Refund can be requested within 180 days from
the date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Call or send us

Please send us an email using our online
contact form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Number. We will not accept any package without prior approval
and an assigned (RMA) Number.

Refund will be given only on the
products being returned in original packaging, unused and in
unopened packaging and in resellable condition. Sorry, no
refund on open and used products.

The customer shall pay all shipping
charges for returned products back to us unless the nature of
the return is due to shipping error made by us. Refunds will
be issued minus postage and handling.

If we paid the shipping on your behalf
(free- shipping), shipping charges listed in this page, will
be deducted first, before calculating the refunded amount.

We recommend shipping with a carrier
that offers insurance and package tracking. We are NOT
responsible for damaged or lost returns.
Please feel free to try our
products, but refunds are limited to one order per customer.
