received, Advecia will immediately evaluate your return and
issue a credit within 7 - 14 days - no questions asked.

refund on a product, please make sure that your purchase was
within the last 180 days. Send back the empty or unused
bottles along with your name, address, and order number if you
know it. Having this information will allow processing of your
